Question My pc shows no signal

So to start off with I am aware of a few bent prongs on my cpu chipset for my motherboard; however, I am running into a different problem than before. I cleaned my pc and discovered that it would not show a signal after finishing. I was getting a yellow blinking LED and all fans were running well but it would restart every 10 seconds or so. After attempting to bend all cpu chipset prongs back into place, two cooling fans and my heatsink start to turn and only one runs full power. I have a white LED the gpu fans are running fine and there is still no beep or signal. HELP!

how did the chipset get bend?
or do you mean cpu socket pin got bend.

specs are
Intel i7 8700
Asus Prime Z-370 a 2
PNY GTX 1070 ti
2 Corsair Vengeance 8 gig sticks
