Question My pc shut off randomly and when i tried to reboot it i noticed my gpu was not spinning and i got no display any idea of what the problem could be

32 GB ddr4 3200 corsair vengeance
Gigabyte b450m ds3h
Saphire rx 6700xt
Evga 600 watt 80 plus

I tried reseating gpu cables and cmos battery and still nothing tried my old evga 1060 6gb sc and pc booted up normaly does this mean it's the gpu I've had it in for about 4 months now no problems
