Question My PC shuts down after changing resolution

I have recently bought a new GPU and i'm new at this process, with the drivers and all. I'm pretty sure i've done everything right, but i call for help. I've installed an RX 570, the machine started at 800x600 and i changed it to 1280x720. Comfortably installed everything and once a tried to change resolution, i get a black screen and after 5 or 10 seconds, it restarts. Same thing happends when i change any setting, like the refresh rate. I can only go from 800x600 to 1280x720, any other resolution gives the prior mentioned black screen. I use a TV and, before i bought the GPU, i always stayed in 1920x1080 with no issue at all. Also, i can't even start the BIOS, i hit F9 but i get the same black screen, although no restart this time. I'm going nuts and i welcome any information. Any advice?

the PSU is the problem, i have the same problem, after i changed the PSU everything works fine.
