[SOLVED] My pc shuts down and turns on while booting

My pc shut down and turned on 2 times while booting (this happened multiple times).
the light on my psu was flickering (the light is on while the pc is working properly) while it was turning on.
the pc worked well afterwards but today i cant even turn it on (no signs of life).
i think that my gpu could be touching my case so could be a short circuit?
also my pc turns on without a gpu although it shows no picture since no gpu is connected.
my specs: cpu: amd athlon 2x4 641 4 cores.
gpu: gtx 580 3 gb gainward.
mobo: msi a55m-p33 .
psu: Falcon gaming fgm 750w.

Hi There
Have you tried Booting into your Bios(Without the GPU connected)And go check if your PCI Chipset is set to PCI Express and not PCI.(PCI CHipset Enabled)
Maybe perform a Bios Reset and check the same.IF your PCI chipset is not enabled That could be the issue that's its not showing/supporting your Graphics card.
You said your PC turns on without the Graphics card and it shuts down unexpectedly.Try using your other PCI express slot and connect your graphics card there on and see if the situation remain.
It can be due to faulty RAM as well.
