Myself bapan...I'm unable to understand why I am to face this problem. My system configuration is given below. 1. Bioster ddr3 motherboard, 2. Zion 2 gb ddr3 Ram 3. Intel dual core processor. 4. 500 gb hard disk ..
My PC shuts down automatically then restart after 3 to 5 hours running. I have Removed old thermal paste, and have used new thermal paste.. Also checked. The Ram, psu.. Everything is working fine.. So having replaced the tharmal paste it was Running OK... It was shutting down automatically after 4 or 5 hours then restarting . Plz solve this problem??

I need you to download and install a couple programs.
https://www.piriform.com/speccy will give you complete specs. Also, add make and model of your power supply.
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html This will show thermals and voltages
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html Will give detailed information about your CPU

Post exact specs of the motherboard from speccy, and take a screen shot, and post a picture of hwmonitor and cpuz.
Open the programs>press PrtScr button>open MS paint>paste and save picture>upload picture to https://imgur.com/upload, and share link here.
