My PC shuts down mysteriously

It happens mainly when i play games, and my pc didn't shows any error message.
It happens more frequently when gta V is in pause or is changing online session.
The temps are ok, and i never did any overclock.
It can be the PSU, but the strange thing is that it didn't shut downs when the PC is in stress conditions (I can play gta V at max settings, driving in the mountains while the ultra grass makes my fps go down and nothing happens, and i don't think that a pause menu is more stressing than this for the PSU). More over i don't have a shitty PSU, it's a enermax maxpro 600w.
I checked the event viewer of windows to find something more, and i found a Kernel Power critical error that occured every time the pc shuts down, event id 41, with these informations:
BugcheckCode 0
BugcheckParameter1 0x0
BugcheckParameter2 0x0
BugcheckParameter3 0x0
BugcheckParameter4 0x0
SleepInProgress 0
PowerButtonTimestamp 0
BootAppStatus 0

And after a warning, event id 219, called Kernel-Pnp

My configuration
Msi h97 pc mate,
Gtx 970 Gigabyte G1
8 gb dd3 ram
i5 4460
enermax maxpro 600w
ets t40 as cpu cooler

Forgive me for bad english, but i'm italian and i write there because in italian forums i didn't find a solution.
Please help me, i'm desperate
