Everything was working fine, until recently ( about 2-3 days ago ), my computer randomly froze and BSOD with an error message : WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.
I simply rebooted my PC and then it got stuck on ,,Press DEL to enter BIOS". I shut the computer off for about 15 seconds and then it rebooted normally and everything worked fine again.
The next day, when I turned on my computer, it didn't show anything, the monitor was just black and turned off. It said that there's no signal. Also the red light on computer case didn't blink and trying to turn it off via the button on the case resulted in nothing.
So I turned it off by flicking the switch on the PSU. After I turned my PC again, everything worked fine.
About a few months ago there was a same problem, that got my PC stuck on ,,Press DEL to enter BIOS". And when I entered BIOS it didn't show the SSD that I have. But after leaving the PC off for about an hour, it fixed.
I don't think it's my SSD, because this doesn't answer me why did the PC not turn off after holding the ON button on the case and shouldn't it show that there's no bootable drive or something? I think that it's my motherboard.

My Specs :

Motherboard : Asus Prime B450M-A
CPU : Ryzen 5 2600
GPU : GTX 1050 Ti
RAM : 16 GB ( 2 x 8gb)
PSU : Some cheap 500W Chieftec PSU without 80+
HDD : 1TB ( Don't know what the model is )
SSD : 240GB ( Don't know what the model is too )

Solution
try running the diagnostics on ssd - https://www.adata.com/us/ss/software-6/

And is there an answer, to why did my monitor didn't show anything when I turned on the PC and why did it not turn off after holding down the Power button on the case?
both could be PSU.
if GPU isn't getting enough power to run the monitor, it will leave it off at startup and give power to more crucial parts like CPU/MB
I have seen PSU do the second part as well. This could also be mb, so I see why you could think that.

The cheap PSU is higher on my list than MB, but I have been wrong before.

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture. They are errors called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it.
They can be any hardware.

Can you look in Device Manager/Storage and tell me what Make/Model HDD & SSD you have

MB hard to prove as there are no tests for them. You make sure everything else is okay and then you can reach conclusion its the MB. Could be just as easily the PSU.
