Question My pc takes ages to render simple things

I work with animated graphics videos, so in 2019 I upgraded to a new pc. But I could never make it render vídeos way faster than I though it would happen. I researched a lot to set this pc but I don't think I'm getting the performance it should give me. The pc techs in my town are not really experienced enough to answer me why does my pc makes so much effort to render simple things. I try rendering this video yesterday: https://videohive.net/item/history-in-dates-history-memory/23324098 and it just didnt render. I seriously don't know what to do with it anymore, I spend a lot to build it and it doesnt gets the job done.

CPU Ryzen Threadripper 1920x
Motherboard Asus Rog Strix X399-E Gaming
Graphics card Galax Geforce RTX 2060 6GB
Memory 2x16 Vengeance LPX Corsair DDR4 3000MHZ
HD Seagate Barracuda 2TB
SSD 500GB Samsung 860 EVO
Water Cooler Corsair H100L PRO

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. Include the age of the unit in the build. As for your motherboard, what BIOS version are you working with? Ona similar note, what OS version are you on assuming you're on Windows 10? Which 2 slots are you populating on the motherboard with the sticks of ram? FYI, you should be working with 4 sticks of ram, not 2, given how you're on ThreadRipper.

Lastly what App are you trying to use to render your video?

My PSU is Corsair AF120 RMX 850W I'm sorry I don't know how to find its age but I bough everything in 2019. My BIOS version is American Megatrends 0808 12/10/2018 (d/m/y). My Windows 10 version is 10.0.19042. My ram are in the C1 and A1 slots, I really didn't knew I needed 4 ram sticks.
As for the software I use After Effects to render my videos, I wanted to get into 3D modeling but with my pc underperforming I just didnt invest in it.
