My PC turns on and off repeatedly

Hi
My PC turns on and off repeatedly. Initially I thought its the power supply and bought a new one, but still its happening. So I am trying everything now, I removed all memory cards, graphic card, and disconnect all case cables from the motherboard. Started turning it on thorough on/off button on motherboard,but still its happening.
Also removed the battery on motherboard and put it back again, nothing changed.
Has anyone experienced similar problem?

My motherboard is Asus x99 deluxe

An update: I have checked my CPU on another machine and it works perfect. also my memory cards and graphic card works perfectly on another machine. Only component left is the motherboard. Any idea what can cause this issue?
