Question My pc turns on and off. The Cpu cooler fan and the gou fans and the intake fans they all spin for a second and turn off.

The motherboard lights don't turn on and the whole system keeps looping. The fans spin for a second and turns off. This happened randomly out of nowhere and the pc was working for 2 years straight with no issues. I took the PC to a repair shop and it turned on there..they troubleshooted it for 2 days and said everything was fine and they even used it and it was perfectly alright. I brought it home and same issue again..the fans spins and turns off

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

try another power outlet at home?

I tried at every outlet at home also..I forgot to add it there
