Hi, my pc details are these:
GPU: rx580
ROM: 8g ddr3
CPU: i3 4160
Windows 10
Once I disassembled my graphics card, and my ROMs, and after assembling them again and by turning the pc on, the ROM usage ranged between 2 to 2.5 gigabytes. By moving some files from hard to flash drive, it reaches 3 and more. The disaster appears when I lunch one of my games! The ROM percentage reaches even to 85%, around 7 gigabytes, although previously, at most 4.5G of it became used.
I modified start ups, even reinstalled windows 10, but nothing changed!
I would be glad to help me fix this strange problem.

Solution
2.5gb of usage at startup on 8gb ram is pretty normal.
copying files uses ram as it has to store the files somewhere while it moves them.

ram usage isn't a disaster, windows won't stop working if you use 7gb of ram if you have 8, it can shrink itself down to fit in the difference. Windows has a file called page file on your hdd, it will copy anything in ram that isn't currently being used out so you can use the ram for the game. Page file is bigger than your ram amount normally. All that happens is it might get a little slow.

Free ram isn't helping you.
