Is my pc better than a ps4/xbox1 in gaming
Just built it yesterday
will my pc run gta 5 , middle earth shadow of mordor,farcry 4
my specs
i5 4460
H81 MB
Msi GTX 750 Ti 2gb Gaming
8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
650 w psu

I would say that you have a nice build, it's not going to have that much of a difference with consoles. However I'm sure you can handle any recent game at diseant settings at 1080p, and I will look a bit better than on consoles.
For example Titan fall only runs 792p 30fps on xbox one and 1080p 60fps with the 750ti.
I can say this because I own a Gtx 750 ti myself, however you have a much better cpu and ram than I do.
I get 60fps on Tomb Raider on Ultra with tress fx. I have a core 2 duo e7400 for comparison, so you should get even better.
