My PC will not boot past B2 screen

Hello, I have built a new system and I am unable to get it to boot when my HDD is plugged in. I was able to remove the HDD and install Windows onto my SSD and it is now working fine. But when I plug my HDD in with the PC off, I turn it on and it stops at a black screen and has B2 on the bottom right corner. If I reboot and remove the HDD I can load Windows fine.

I should also say that I was able to boot from the HDD the first day I had it and today the PC crashed and was at the same B2 screen.
