Hey all!

I recently built a computer back in October and put in Hyper 212 EVO about four weeks ago. Today while watching a video, I got a blue screen and a error message about USB BUSDriver. I let it restart itself, but it will not boot up to the login screen at all.

I swapped out the HDMI cable and tried it on multiple televisions and its not recognizing the HDMI connection. I unplugged everything and followed the checklist in a sticky in another forum and didn't get any results. I don't have an internal speaker, but I have one ordered and on the way.

The only think I remembered doing before this was connecting my phone to the USB 3.0 port to charge before heading to work.

So what do you guys think? Is my mobo dead, GPU not working, or is it something else? I'm going to leave the specs below and check periodically at work.

Specs:
AMD FX 6300
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fa
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P (rev. 1.0) AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
XFX Black Edition Double D R9-280A-TDBD Radeon R9 280 3GB
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
CORSAIR CXM series CX500M 500W ATX12V v2.3 SLI

Thanks ahead of time.

Okay, I'm gonna try to get another PSU and keep you guys posted. Its been working fine for the past six months, its weird for it to stop working all of a sudden. Do you have any suggestions?

Update!

Was able to breadboard my PC with the internal speaker and the new PSU from XFX (850 Watt) and everything passed except the card. I got the one beep, but no display so I think my card might be defective. I'm currently submitting a ticket to see I can get it RMA'ed. Is there anything else you guys suggest?
