My PC won’t boot after I put it to sleep

Here are my specs
CPU-Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard-Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro Ac
Ram- G skill v 16GB
PSU-Gamemax vp 600
GPU-EVGA Gtx 1660 super sc ultra
Storage- Sabrent Rocket Q 1TB

I just built my first PC recently and I was using it yesterday as normal. I was gonna get off for a bit so I put it to sleep on Windows 10. When I came back and woke it up by pressing a key on the keyboard, the fans and led turned on, but it didn’t boot.

When I turn it on, the VGA status led stays on constantly, which I assumed meant that there was something wrong with the GPU, but I tried using the integrated graphics, and still nothing.

I tried plugging it in on my tv and it still didn’t work. I’m very confused because I was using it fine a couple minutes before I put it to sleep.

Here are the things I’ve tried:
-I reset the BIOS with the jumper on the motherboard
-I’ve tried to use DVI instead of hdmi
-I’ve tried to use each RAM stick by itself

Please Help. I was very excited about my Pc

ryzen don't have igpu

test with another gpu or psu
I have two questions. 1. What could have caused the GPU or PSU to stop working all of a sudden. Because I only left it sleeping for less than a minute probably. 2. In the case that neither the GPU or the PSU is the problem, what else can I do?

OK i have concluded that my power supply has caused my PCI express slot to die. I am getting a new one from a trusted brand. Moral of the story: don’t buy from gamemax
