My PC won`t install Display Driver for my new gpu <MSI Aero GT1030 2GB DDR4>.

Says:

CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 3.50GHz (quad core)
RAM: 4GB Apacer DDR3
Win 7 64bit Professional

Did you have any other GPU drivers on it before? If so, have you uninstalled those?
