Question My pc wont boot (not even bios) with my SSD plugged in

As soon as i unplug my ssd, so it's only my hdd left, it works. I just formatted the SSD so it's completely clean, and it still doesn't work.

I don't know why this is happening, please list your PSU and full specs. Maybe the SSD just tipped the wattage over its maximum?
