My PC won't boot or Beep, fixed first time and it happened again. How to find out what's causing it?

Hi everyone,

I read stuff on here all the time but never posted anything so plz accept my apology to introduce myself with a PC related problem I appreciate your kind help/advice in advance.

my PC specs:

Intel core i77820X
MSI raider X299
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6GB GDDR5
Be Quiet! Straight Power, Power Supply (500 Watts)
Corsair Hydro H100i v2 Liquid CPU Cooler
32GB (2x16GB) Corsair DDR4 Vengeance

Before I tell you my story, I'd like you to know that I have gone through all the relevant troubleshooting links on here. and nothing worked!!

I just built my new pc, it worked for 2/3 days then one day pc turned on but no display, boot or beep and also the white led light on the motherboard turned on which means that the mobo don't detect the CPU (all the fans as well as graphic card were spinning). After a lot of research and test and talking to a technician realised that it's a bad CPU!

So I got a new ASUS X299 prime A mobo to make sure that it was not the mobo. I tested the CPU and it wasn't working. So I returned the ASUS as I thought ok, it's a bad CPU so I RMA the CPU and got a new one and installed it and it worked. but again after 2/3 days exactly same thing happened. Can anyone please tell me what can cause this? Can a motherboard after 3 days damage the CPU?

I checked the CPU temperature and it was fine so it can't be my cooling system, also I have tested my power supply with a power supply tester and it worked fine and all the voltage were pretty much what they supposed to be. I don't know what to do anymore help me please !!

Powersupply tester is to test voltage with no LOAD! Here shows at Scroll down for max wattage.
There u see that cpu can pull up to 200W under load. But thats not the case here.Probably psu either spiked up voltage or motherboard fried your cpu.

What were you doing when that happened. I don't Know what could cause that.

I wasn't doing anything, actually both times pc was in sleep mode. Got up in the morning tried to wake it up and nothing happened !! BTW sorry for accidentally down voting your post mate, I didn't mean to do that and I dunno how to reverse it 🙁
