My pc wont detect my gpu.[Help please,im depressed asf]

i got a old hp compaq,pentium 4
Been using nvidia 210 1gb for like a year (its old iknow but it works fine for me) So today i decided to clean up the inside of the pc with compresed air.After i connected the cables and everything my pc wont detect my gpu but it will use the pc chipset.

P.s the gpu fans work fine but it just the pc wont detect it.

Remove and reinstall the video card.

Already tried to unistall the drivers and then install them agan but the nvidia setup wont install the drivers bcz the card is not detected.
Do you think formating the pc will help??
