I bougth 16gb of ram and a Gigabyte H310M M.2 2.0 motherboard, when I try to put RAM in the slot B the pc just won't post. I checked it isn't a RAM problem and my BIOS are up to date, I also vaccum cleand the whole mobo in case of dust being in the slot, but still no post. Please help.

Solution
In theory, this should have been ok.
You bought a matched kit... correct?
3200 speed will default to stock speeds.
Does each stick work properly if inserted by itself?
If you have a single bad stick, return the kit.
Unfortunately, there is also a more sinister explanation.
When you install the cpu into the socket, it is very easy to damage a socket pin.
If you smoosh it around to seat it, this is a likely occurrence.
You need to simply drop it in cleanly.
Most of the time a damaged pin seems to impact ram.

Take the processor out and examine the pins closely.
If one is bent, use a needle to try to nudge it back.
Bent pins are not a valid reason for a motherboard rma. It is considered as a user error.

First off, please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:

For the sake of reference, please state which version of BIOS you're currently on. If you're working with one stock of ram, then DDR4_1 is the only slot that you need populating. If you're on a dual channel ram kit, pass on a link to said kit and then see if you can reflash the BIOS for the motherbaord with one stick of ram.

Once (re)flashed, power down the system, drop both sticks of ram in and then with the system disconnected from the wall, remove the CMOS battery for at least 15 minutes.

No 3200 MHz RAM is listed on the QVL https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_h310m-m.2.pdf .
Specification for your MoBo give DDR4 2666 MHz as highest supported speed.
That said when you boot on a single stick, and you go into BIOS can you enable XMP ?
