Im trying to use the reset feature for my pc but everytime it gets to 30% it stops and doesn't work, ive never had this problem before.

Solution
what reset were you doing? keep files and settings or remove all? If remove all, a clean install is another choice as I find resets break more often than they work.

You can try to fix it by running this:

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window: *if you type it, spacing is important)
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

Or you can just clean install windows 10 as it will fix the problem - back up anything on PC you want to save
download the Windows 10 media creation tool and...

download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
After a broken reset, I would suggest a fresh install
change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second (some bios let you set a one off boot device, if yours does, set USB as one off and set hdd as main in boot order)
boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

Solution
I watched a video saying that i shouldn't delete partitions and stuff because it will remove all my data but isn't that what i want? I literally just want everything removed and have a fresh install of windows on my ssd?

If you don't want anything on the PC now, clean install is best answer.
