My pc wont turn on after a power outtage

At the first power outtage my pc wasnt be able to turn on normally and i had to use the reset button to turn it on,and the pc would blue screen if i was attempting a normal windows startup.At the second power outtage my pc wont even display anything i tried to restart boot up without power button.

CPU:I5 6400
Gpu gtx 950
Hdd:Seagate 500GB
SSD:samsung evo 850 250gb
MOBO:asrock z170 Pro4
Ram :HyperX 8gb
PSU armageddon 400 watt

Might be your PSU got shorted out by a sudden power outage. You should have invested in a UPS as well. I didn't even heard of the brand Armageddon. PSU is a serious PC component and you shouldn't cheap out on them. Trust me they can fail spectacularly and might even take one or two hardware with them. Open the case and check if anything has fried and don't try to turn on your PC right now. Since you are mentioning that the power button isn't working anymore, I doubt its your motherboard that may be causing this issue. Check your motherboard carefully for any signs of damage

Currently there is none,im a little afraid that it might damage my cpu or ssd

Check your PSU first. Replace it with a good one from brands like Antec, Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic and try to boot up again. If the power buttons don't work check the wiring of the power button. Those wires are the easiest to mess up. Just refer to the manual and don't worry you won't damage anything with that.

For wattage just get a 650 Watts model and you should be golden
