Question My pc wont turn on after it turn off while i was playing and i need help

CPU: i3 10100
GPU: msi gtx 1650
MOBO: msi b460m pro-vdh wifi
PSU: rx 400wtt

i was playing and it turned off while i was playing and didnt turn on and the ez debug led light on cpu and lil bit on ram and i just bought a new psu and a 16gb ram and i havent put it in the pc yet till it works and im trying to know wat i should do to grt it running again it only work wit the paperclip method and everything turns on like led lights and fans spanning and cpu fans spanning too do i need a new motherboard

yea ik i have a new power supply i just bought it yesterday its a Cool master 550w +80 plus and i plugged it in and still not power could it be the motherboard cause idk

like the debug led cpu light turns on only if the 4 pin of the 24pin cable is plugged in and the cpu fan spans too so it means it working too
