Question My PC won't turn on after reinstalling CPU fan and managing cables

I am so frustrated right now, been working on this problem for at least 3 hours now. My PC doesn't light up no fans turn on, nothing. I've paper clip tested my PSU, all good. I've re-reinstalled my CPU fan, as well as reseating the CPU itself (even checking the pins are straight; they are). I've disconnected and reconnected all cords from the PSU to the Mobo multiple times. I have tightened and gave pressure to all cords connecting to the Mobo, gpu, drives, PSU, nothing. I'm at a loss because I didn't do anything drastic whatsoever yet it's not powering on at all. At this point I'm thinking the worst, like my Mobo failed on me somehow? maybe my CPU? I don't know what to do

Something is not connected, or some switch is off.

Work from the wall connection in.
Does that wall socket work?
Is it actually plugged in?
Is the I/O switch on the power supply ON?
Etc etc.

I've been plugged directly into the socket, socket works. It is plugged in. The I/O switch is on.
