Pc won't turn on when I press the power button. Fan Above the processor turns on for a second, then stops spinning. ANy Ideas?

Solution alexoiu Jan 3, 2019 It could be a short. Try testing the pc with case fans disconnected. If still the same, try testing the board outside the case.
