My pc was working great. Today I got my new nzxt s340 case and so I took everything out and out it in the new chasis and for some reason It won't turn on now? Please help

Solution
Entirely possible.

Start as if it were a new build. Do the basics (mobo, CPU, 1xRAM and relevant PSU connectors work while outside the case?)

I assume you didn't mean to select a solution, so I've de-selected.

I have the CPU connectors in the motherboard. I'm thinking it might be a stand off or something.

It sucks cuz I had everything nice and tidy :( I'll have to rebuild it and do the basics like you said I guess.

Okay! So I took the mobo out and connected everything again. It seemed to have been the front panel connectors. I might've done something wrong the first time I'm not too sure but I also installed some more standoffs and made sure I secured the mobo to each one. Then I had to put my ram back in the 4th slot ( for some reason it has to be in the 1at or 4th slot). Now itd all running normal again! Thank you!
