My PC Won't Turn On!!!

I've just to finished building my PC and it won't turn on. This is a picture of it:

I used a 24 pin to 8 pin power converter for the main motherboard power (I may have set it up wrong). If you need any other info or pictures, I can give it to you.

I've fixed it. My motherboard would only work with the PSU it originally came with. So I've got a new motherboard and everything works fine, except WiFi (see most recent post).
