I have recently built a brand new system with new parts. When i plugged the power cord in for the first time and switch on the power supply my mobo lights flashes once and turns off immediately. Nothing else worked after that, no spinning fans, no posts, no lights.

I dont know what the problem is and i have tried to unplug some of the power connectors like the 8-pin for my cpu, it also has an additional 4-pin ATX 12V cable. I had also tried to jump start the system but nothing works.

I dont know whats messing up the system, and im not sure if its a faulty product.

Heres my specs:

i7-8700 @3.2ghz
Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra
Gigabyte RTX 2060 6GB
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb @2666hz
Corsair RM750, 750W 80+ Gold Fully Modular (PSU)
NZXT H500
CoolerMaster ML240L AIO Liquid Cooler
WD 240gb M.2
Seagate Barracuda 1tb

It seems like i might have pluged the cables into the wrong outputs on the PSU, but its better to ask for advices than doing it myself and possibly breaking everything.

Thanks :)))

Ok so after testing all the of parts i found that the PSU was the main cause of this, it shorted out and wouldnt provide enough power for the computer to run.
