So i bought a used powercolor fighter RX 6700 xt with warranty and first thing i noiticed when playing for example the finals was that with a rpm of 3200 my card temps were like so GPU:75~79, GPU hotpost:99~103 i use an open case and tried to see if maybe it was too close to the wall so i placed on top of my desk but it had no effect I undervolted the card with settings like so:
min MHz:500
max MHz:2404
voltage:1100
And i touched some settings on the fan curve now my temps are like so GPU:65~69 and GPU Hotspot:79~83 with 2100rpm and those i think are normal temps however randomly and not consistently my drivers would crash. I went to a local repair shop and they told me that it was probably normal for this card model and that i should have bought a more expensive model. I wanted to ask people who have the same card is this normal, what are normal temps for your card, what is most likely the cause and if i should send it for repair since the card hasn't been opened and i still have 2 year warranty.

Since your new card(although used) was a replacement GPU, you should remove your prior GPU drivers using DDU in Safe Mode and remove other GPU GPU drivers as well(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) then manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

You might want to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age? Make and model of your motherboard and it's BIOS version?

If you're able to disassemble the card(provided the warranty is void sticker was tampered with prior) then give it a proper deep clean and replace the thermal paste and pads with something of higher quality.

A did the ddu because I was with an Nvidia card prior to this my motherboard is ASRock b450 pro-f my bios version is pretty old as far as I know if I want to place a fifth gen Ryzen CPU I will have to upgrade it. The warranty sticker is still in place and has not been tempered with.
My psu is 650 watt 80+ gold seasonic g12 I think
