My problem is..(case,motherboard,components)

Hey guy, PC builder noob is here ,after I built my first pc the fans were only working but no sign of post , i dessambled everything and found out that one of the standoffs didn't line up with the mobo and there are two screws lying down at the bottom so I wanna know from where exactly is the problem.

You probably shorted something. If a metal screw touches the motherboard then it will short circuit the board and you are sol.

The whole reason case manufacturers use standoffs is so that the board won't touch the metal case. Your misaligned one might have had something to do with it, but to me it sounds like the screws did it, considering there were two of them.

Other parts shouldn't be damaged though.

Actually I tried to assemble it again with help of my dad and it basically worked
