No...your current PSU does not meet the wattage requirement of that card. The connection method is a moot point when your PSU shouldn't run that GPU at all.

Well, I wouldn't trust a 230W PSU with anything. Your build right now consumes around 100W, getting a GPU will add 75Watts to that, getting you closer to the 230W limit and risking your PC. A new PSU, even a 300Watt is enough. CXM and S12II are good PSUs.

Sorry, I mixed it up with the 750Ti, the 650Ti draws 110Watts at max. I'd feel safe with a good 300Watt, but I would want to go with a higher one.
Seasonic SS-300 is $38 and S12II is $49, so for $10 you get a lot more watts. I'd get a higher PSU.

+Debanjan Guha Thakurata Would you mind if I made a power supply suggestion to you? What is your budget for a new power supply and please list the website that you will be ordering it from. 800 watts is overkill and I fear that it might be a poor quality unit. I just want to make sure that you get good value for your money.

Also don't listen to any other crap they say...just buy a power supply there nothing else...don't get fooled by them...they might say your power supply doesn't support your motherboard and will make you buy a new mobo..and other things you don't need...the computer business in india is shit...its all about making money all the time...
