Hi Everyone!
Firstly:
When checking with googling 'what is my ip address', then it gave me
205.160.111.167
Your public IP address

However, while reuesting reseting the PW of my account on some website, I found the IP address mentioned in the email message sent to my email after asking to rest my password is different than the IP address Google gave me.

This is part of email message sent to my email after asking to rest my password::::
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
You received this email because a user with location/device 205.160.111.250 (Yemen) / win10 / Chrome asked for a password change.
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

Then I tried restarting my router, and and checking with googling 'what is my ip address', then it gave me
205.160.111.114
Your public IP address

When I tried requesting changing PW of my account on the same website, then this IP address shown in the account password change request sent to my email.

This is part of email message sent to my email after asking to rest my password::::
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
You received this email because a user with location/device 205.160.111.60 (Yemen) / win10 / Chrome asked for a password change.
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

I think the IP address given by googling 'what is my ip address' must be the same as the ip address in the account password change request sent to my email.
But, it wasn't so.

Secondly:
My PPPoE IP address was as follows:
The%20ip%20address%20of%20%20PPPoE.JPG

I don't think there is relation with my public IP address and the IP address of my PPPoE since my PPPoE can be dedicated to my router and with each disconnection and reconnection to the PPPoE, the IP address of PPPoE must be changed. However, the public IP address is for my Internet Service Provider (ISP), which only must be changed if I restarted my router.

But, I still ask you how some websites block or ban my accounts on their websites by my IP address. They ban me with my public IP address. If so, then if I restart my router, then the ban must be left. However, I didn't see that ban got left.

Solution

We have no details about how your service is delivered to you and/or your neighborhood.
But generally, the "public IP address" is for a single account. Yours may be different.
If that is actually "shared" among the neighborhood, that is quite unusual.

Posting that on a public website is like posting your physical address all over town, indeed all over the world, and asking "Please send me lots and lots of junk mail (more than normal), and...
If you see your IP address changing like that when you go to different websites and when you restart your router, it's because your ISP using DNS to dynamically switch your IP every now and again. this is totally normal and you shouldn't worry about it too much. Unless you are trying to set up private servers, at which point you need to go into your router settings and change some settings involving DNS along with a DNS routing service such as NO-IP.

Thanks a lot,
Would you be so kind as to enlighten me a little bit more?
In the first time: I googling 'What is my IP address", then Google gave me this
205.160.111.167
Your public IP address

I think the IP address 205.160.111.167 given by googling 'what is my ip address' must be the same as the ip address (205.160.111.250) mentioned in "the account password change request" sent to my email while requesting changing my pw of my account on that website. But, as you see they are not!!!!!!!!!!

xSimply is correct, except that it's not DNS (Domain Name Service) ... it's the same DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) that we use to assign IP addresses inside our networks.

Now, it gets a bit more complicated. Your router's internal address 192.168.88.1 is a private address, which is pretty normal. Your router's external address 10.100.199.158 is also a private address, which is less common. Basically, your ISP has a limited number of public IP addresses and is using private IP addresses for each customer. It seems your ISP only has the addresses between 205.160.110.0-205.160.111.255 (508 addresses) and I bet they have more customers than that, so I bet your public address bounces around a lot. Why does the ban not go away after a modem restart? They might be banning the entire range or using a cookie for the ban.

When dealing with personal information it's best not to advertise it. Your MAC address is unique. So how do you figure this out? Call your ISP(technical support) and ask them your questions. They can answer these questions and explain the difference between static and dynamic addresses.

They nor I however can't help with circumventing bans.

Lol. my bad, yes, DHCP not DNS. Oof. I am tired.

As two of you had said please didnt post your public IP, I'd say Why? The public IP is not for only me, but for all users living in my area and receving the internet from the same ISP.
Even if one got my public IP address, what would have s/he done with it as long as it is just a public IP given for many users recieving the intrrnet from the same ISP.

And drain my bank account. In a digital age a little info goes a long ways.

If you're area shares a singular public IP address, then that is the one that google is giving you. and the one you got in the email is the one that is specific to you. Or visa versa.... whatever. Either way, it's either that, DHCP, or a combination of both.

That is the answer to your question and in the end, it isn't a bad thing that is somehow affecting you and making your internet experience worse. I understand you were just curious and wanted to understand and now you do.

now let's close this thread please.
