I have a Ryzen 5 5600x and 2x8gb Kingston Fury DDR4 3600mhz and I can only run it at 3200 MHz and a ASUS prime B450-A II Motherboard
It doesn't boot up when I try to go over 3200.
How do I fix that.

check both motherboard & memory QVL for compatibility.
if either does not include the other in their listing then they likely have been proven to not function properly together.

you can also try manually inputting the RAM's manufacturer rated specs in the BIOS rather than enabling XMP/EXPO.
if still not functioning properly;
try slowly raising voltage and testing with MEMTEST86 between each small increase,
and slowly lowering timings and testing between each decrease.

I want to get 2 more sticks is it going to work ? At 3600MHz in A1 and B1

Most likely it will force you to run at 3200mhz with 4 sticks, if it works at all. Mixing ram kits, even if the part number is the same, can lead to instability. I would just buy a new 2x16gb kit, and sell your current 2x8gb.
