Question My Ram does not work sometimes.

Hello everybody,

I have a new ram installed the: Crucial Ballistix Sport BLS8G4D240FSBK , it is ddr4 8gb 2400mhz.
Now i have dual channel with my old ram the: Crucial Ballistix Sport BLS8G4D240FSB, also ddr4 8gb 2400mhz.
So they have both the same clockspeeds size etc.
But Sometimes the sticks work, sometimes only 1 works and sometimes my screen does not connect my computer.
To fix the problem i have to remove and reinstall the ram, but that is only a quick fix.

Does anybody know how to fix it? Or should i buy new ram?

RAM is only guaranteed to work together when bought as a kit.
