Hello.
I own a vivobook 15 x510unr laptop. I replaced the 8gb ram module with a pair of 2400Mhz Samsung M471A1K43CB1-CRC 8GB for a total of 16GB 200MHz.
I noticed that in the monitoring software the frequency is 666 CAS 10 and for a second it changes to 1200 CAS 17 and it goes back again and constantly changing between those 2 profiles. I am sure that my laptop and my cpu can run 2400MHz ram. In the bios i have no info about ram frequency and timings and i cant set any of those values.
Windows Task manager reports 2400MHz.
Is that normal behaviour?
Why doesnt it keep running at 1200 MHz CAS 17 but it keeps switching profiles?
have included both screenshots and a short video showing the situation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
