My ram is working at 93% with nothing running

I currently have 16GB of ram installed and my pc is using 93% some how help!!

Yes and no. Next time you change something in the middle of troubleshooting let us know.

Anyway what you just did was disable the windows data usage service. Basically the thing that makes it able to control data usage on metered connections. Not a big deal if you don't use it. That tells us it was (90% sure) your network driver so you can either go looking for an update to fix it or leave that service disabled
