Have you tried upping the ram voltage manually first to what the memory supports at the higher speed? Then try XMP setting again. If its 2 sticks of ram try one at a time and see if one is bad.

alright but does it have anything to say witch slot i use? have them in 2 and 4. again they are a year old so i dont think they are broken

You said you have only one 16gb stick.
Your motherboard manual will tell you which slot is to be populated when using only one stick.
I might add that a 2 x 8gb kit would have allowed you to run in faster dual channel mode.

Possibly the ram is defective.
Run memtest86 or memtest86+
They boot from a usb stick and do not use windows.
You can download them here:
If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your ram should be ok.

Running several more passes will sometimes uncover an issue, but it takes more time.
Probably not worth it unless you really suspect a ram issue.
Your ram will have a lifetime warranty.

I see that you really have 2 sticks.
If they are not from the same kit, that could be your issue.
The motherboard manual will tell you which two slots to be populated.
If, for any reason, XMP does not work, you can always enter the same settings manually.
Or, contact Kingston Hyperx ram support.
