my ram usage is very high

i recently noticed that my ram usage is very high over the past couple weeks and i dont know why. while im running a game like world of warcraft and browsers its at about 6gb usage out of 8. can anyone help me?
ps. i just installed dual monitors so could that be it maybe
my build:
gtx 760 2gb
8350 amd bulldozer cpu
650w psu
asus r 2.0 sabertooth motherboard
8gb of ram
i also checked my processes and canceled any unwanted ones that i dont use

RAMMAP is a Microsoft program that maps where the memory is allocated. That is a good place to start with thee types of issues.
