My ram won’t run at full speed

I have 16gb of ram (2x8) it should run at 2800 but when I’m in my bios it says it’s at 2133 and it won’t let me change it. I don’t know what’s wrong with it, how do I get it to it’s full speed? Here’s my ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=20-232-178

Well....one thing is....on the motherboard specification page there is this.

"Support for higher than DDR4 2667 MHz may vary by CPU."

Although they don't say which cpus....which I think is kind of crappy.

...but that still doesn't explain why you can't at least get to 2667 MHz.

Sorry, I am not understanding why it won't do that.
