So i do have a Vodafone H 300 router and a VDSL line with phone on it and my router keeps rebooting or resetting once in a while. These are the errors i get every time:

2021-01-05
21:56:18
DSL is not responding (DSL synchronization failed). (R006)

Something like that. I already read about disabling IPv6 but the option is off by default so there are no tweaks i can do

Is the following User Manual link a match to your router?

https://www.vodafone.co.nz/cms/documents/broadband-complete-manual.pdf

[Do verify that I have correctly identified your router.]

Reference Page 7. (However, I recommend that you read the entire manual just to become more familiar with the router.)

Try replacing the DSL cable between router and splitter with a known working cables.

Try replacing the DSL cable(s) going into the splitter with a known working cable.

The splitters (also referred to as a filter) are cheaply made and they can also fail. Splitters are generally available and low cost.

After that, the problem could be the wall jack serving the splitter.

No. That's the router https://prnt.sc/wiimwz. I also forgot to mention that i was never had a splitter before and i thought that it caused the desynchronization so i just put one, but it kept happening even after using a splitter into my line. I also replaced some cables aswell but it still does its thing

I am constantly contacting with my provider and they only thing they say is that they can see the disconnections but still no actual problem. It's really so frustrating
