Question My ryzen 3600 wont turbo

I got my new CPU/computer in early December and I had no problem with it boot for the first time, everything went great during the build but have realized that it won't turbo over the clock speed it's sett to

Specs:
CPU ryzen 5 3600
GPU AMD Radeon 5700
Rog Strix bf450-f Motherboard
750W PSU
8x2 3000 MHz ram (vengeance lpx)
1 wd 500gb SSD
1 wd 250 GB SSD
1wd 1tb HDD

I have tried to fix it in the edit power plan option buy setting it to min 10% and max 100%.
I have downloaded the new drivers for my motherboard can someone please tell how to fix this issue
