Question My Ryzen 5 3600 CPU is at 62 C Idle, 88 C under preassure.. this doesn't seem normal is it?

My Specs :

Ryzen 5 3600 (up to 4.2Ghz)
RTX 3060
My Case has 3 front panel fans
My CPU Cooler is Corsair H55 120MM Liquid Cooler

So I've had this PC since 2019 and it worked just fine but today in a asudden way it reached 95C and shut down. I wasn't sure what happened or what was going on, so I decided to clean the PC (which i do regularly) and change the thermal paste. Now it doesn't crash, but it still reaches 90 C under preassure and is around 60-65 idle. What else can I do to make it better? I searched online and found out that people get around 35-40 on Idle and realized there's definitely something that's not correct
thank you in advance!

What is the pump plugged into? Is the pump set to 100% speed?
Your pump may have failed if it used to work fine and now doesn't.

the header of pump is 3 pin. it is plugged into "pump1" in the motherboard which is 4 pins
i also set it to 100%

I wonder what broke in it. i can feel the waterflow in one of the pumps but the other one is kinda silent

aio coolers do not last forever.
In time, the mechanical pump fails or gets clogged.
Or, air will intrude through the tubes and the unit must be replaced.
Think 5 years.
Thermalright makes some very effective coolers for not much.
In a decent case, they will cool better than your H100.

I thought 2019 to 2024 was more like 5 years.
There is no fixing of aio coolers if they have failed.
Is your unit still under warranty?

What can you do at no cost??
Is your fan profile making the fans run at their full rpm?
Particularly the front intakes.

Try taking the case side cover off and perhaps directing a small house fan at the innards.

Is your room cool?
Coolers do better with lower ambient air.
Open a window or lower the air conditioning.

Oh, i'm sorry for not clarifying. I bought the PC 2019 but i used the stock cooler for like 3 or 2 years. the water cooler i used for 2 years (i'm really sorry again!)

I understand that i'm probably gonna have to release them. and no, probably ran out of warranty since most of them are only 2 or 1 year here

I did make them run at 100%, they were set to "Smart Fan" which kind of adjusts them based on the degree of the CPU or PC in general

That's a good idea! i do have a room fan but i can tilt it maybe at the PC case

My room is kind of okay? but today was a bit hot cuz it reached 34 outside but inside it is more like 27 or something. I do have my window open at all times~

unfortunately no air conditioning in my room.

I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to reply and help.
