[SOLVED] My Ryzen 7 3700X build with Nitro+ 590 No Video Output

Dear All,

I have build a PC with the below specification, the issue i have is the Graphic Card Fan is not running and no Video output, the CPU fan, system fan are all working fine. Please help me in troubleshooting the issue.

Board: B450 AORUS Pro (Wifi)
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
RAM: TridentZ RGB DDR4 F4-3000C16D-32GTZR ( 2 x 16 GB Ram)
Powersupply: Thermaltake Litepower 650W SLI/CrossFire Ready ATX12V v2.3
GPU: Sapphire Radeon Nitro+ RX 590 8 GB DDR5

GPU glows with LED, but fan is not spinning also no Video Output. Due to which unable to finish the Build.

You must have the F40, or newer, BIOS installed BEFORE using the 3rd generation Ryzen in your motherboard.

Thanks for the prompt reply, could you tell me how can i update the Bios since i have only 3700X CPU only. since system is not booting is there any way to update the Bios.

You need a previous generation AM4 CPU installed to apply the update.

Thanks for your suggestion let me try with "AMD Ryzen 5 2400G CPU", hope this will work and then i will update the BIOS to F40.

Yes that should work fine. Be sure to follow all of the instructions from the official site to the letter. If you don't, you might run into some nasty problems. If you need any help with updating, feel free to ask.

Thanks for your suggestion let me try with "AMD Ryzen 5 2400G CPU", hope this will work and then i will update the BIOS to F40.

I would recommend you use the most recent version instead of just the F40 version.

Sure thanks for the suggestion, let me first check the board with Ryzen 5 2400 for boot, and if it works i will update the BIOS to latest (F42a) as per the gigabyte website (the link share by you really helps for finding the Bios)

Great Sugestion, now the PC is up and running without any issues with the new processor (AMD Ryzen 5 2400G CPU ) the Graphic Card also working fine (Sapphire Radeon Nitro+ RX 590 ). next step i will update the bios to the latest one (F42a) and then change the CPU to Ryzen 7 3700X and the share my feedback... Hope i will do these activity in couple of days..
