Hello Everyone. I've got this weird problem. I hope you guys can help me solve it. Thank you very much in advance to those smart kind souls 🙂

So ya.. I've got this Samsung galaxy tab A which could connect to my house Wi-Fi successfully but NO internet connection. Wi-Fi settings show that it's connected and all. But I can't seem to browse Google chrome/safari. YouTube and etc.

All my other devices like my handphone and laptop are connected wirelessly also! And there's no issues in surfing internet. I don't know why, only my galaxy tab A, doesn't work.

Is it my router problem? Must I do some changes to the settings? I'm really not sure. All this techs and networks are very confusing for me. I'm a noob basically. So ya...
Can anyone help me out with this problem please..
Thank you so much for the time.

I am not an expert, so don't asked me why this worked. We had this exact same problem today on a Comcast network with a Zytel router. On my wife's Apple devices (iPhone and iPad), we turned the Proxy settings to automatic. For my Android phone and tablet (Samsung) i went into the the router settings. In the DHCP table it listed only my 2 Android devices. I checked the "reserve" boxes for both. All of these devices now have internet connections through wifi. My Windows 10 computers never had the problem.
