Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Other attached peripherals?

What games? Source?

"There is no lights on motherboard when it happens"

Make and model motherboard? Version?

Specs are important because someone might recognize a known problem with any given component or combination of components.

The next step is to look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or even informational entries being logged just before or at the time the screen goes black.

Reliability History/Monitor is much more end user friendly and the timeline format may reveal patterns.

Event Viewer requires more time and effort to navigate and understand.

You can click entries for more details.

Make note of error codes - they may or may not be helpful but need to be checked.
