Question My screen is too dark

Hello guys.
i need your help with my monitor.
so the problem is that my monitor is getting too dark.
i tried every fix i could find. and nothing.
things like windows fix, nvidia fix, monitor fix.
now i noticed that if i unplug my HDMI cable when i'm on desktop my screen is going back to normal but i don't know for how long.
and if i unplug my HDMI cable while in game and plug it back in. my screen is getting very dark.

Feels like a bit of info is missing, so let's see if we can find out a bit more. What monitor is this?

The odd part, to me, is you writing that removing the HDMI cable returns the display back to normal levels. But how do you know this? Wouldn't it just be a blank screen with a message like "no display input detected"?

On a more practical level have you tried another HDMI cable or perhaps another type of cable with input/outputs compatible with the graphics card and monitor? Eg. DVI, VGA or Displayport?
