My Screen turns into long vertical blocks and occasionally flickers.

This and this are starting to occur more often. Also, for the longest time, my computer screen just flickers. My specs are:

i5 3570k
ASUS P8Z77 V LK
Corsair 650TX
Sapphire HD 7950
I don't what the ram is because it was taken from a computer and it wasn't a known brand name, but I don't think that should be the problem anyways.

Seems that your GPU isn't powered enough. What is the PSU you're using? It could also be the vCore voltage of the GPU

Nvm read thought the specs lol, I think the GPU is faulty then, or the monitor is. Is this happening even when you're only within Windows itself? If it happens when the GPU is under load it probably is the GPU.

It happens casually when I'm just streaming YouTube. This means that my worst fears have come.
