My second monitor goes black sometimes

My second monitor turns black every now and then, its pretty random and very annoying. Its a al2216W (acer). My other monitor never flicks so im guessing the gpu is not the issue. Anyone can help? thank you

How are both monitors connected? It sounds like a driver issue though. Use a gpu driver uninstaller from majorgeeks and reinstall the newest drivers available.
