[SOLVED] My send speed in task manager is less than my receive speed.

I am using an Ethernet cord that connects my PC to my laptop(and the laptop connects to the internet wirelessly). My laptop send and receive speeds match and reach around 1-15 Mbps. My receive speed for my PC matches the laptop's speed, but the send speed is less than 1 Mbps. I don't know what to do. I've already tried restarting the modem, my PC, and my laptop. I have updated the driver for my Ethernet cord. Please help. Will try to post a screenshot

That only reflects what the system is doing at that exact moment.
And it only refers to the bandwidth between the PC and the laptop.

Initiate a large file transfer between the two devices and see what it reports.

How would I do that?

Or, just do a speed test of the overall connection, from the desktop through the laptop to the outside world.

speedtest.net, and see what happens.
