My speaker picks up... radio...? randomly?

Hey guys, so this is a really strange problem.

I have a set of Sicuro RW-360XL 2.1 surround sound speakers and it comes with a remote that connects to the back to turn it on, turn up/down volume & bass, and the remote has 2 x 3.5mm ports in it to listen to it for 2 ppl. I plug my headset into either port, and I receive background chatter of what sounds like a radio station.

Now I have some towers near my house, I figure maybe it's somehow picking up the broadcast? If I'm not mistaken, my alarm clock which also picks up radio also picks up this chatter although it's hard to tell because the frequency it's on is louder than the frequency it's randomly picking up.

This is really weird and I'm wondering if anyone could explain this.

There are a lot of replies, there's no actual fix..?

the fix is near the bottom, its not a single fix.

1. bad grounding of your speakers/computer power supply.
2. leads between pc and speakers isnt properly shielded.
3. the internal amp circuit doesn't have the foil shielding around it.

Strange... well I don't know if its the right type of shielding but my speakers specifically feature shielding from magnetic fields

My speakers just sit on a carpet, and my power supply is in my computer where it should be, don't know what I could do to fix it..?
